I would like to share with you my opinion of healthy life style as I believe that it is affect directly our health in general.
Doctors say that partially our health depends on such factors as environment, genetics and health care quality.
Today people become less active, they started eating more food (and not always healthy) and have less free time. At the same time all of us want to live long, healthy and happy life. So, what shall we start with?
First of all you have to make your day regimen. That means that it is very good to go to bed before eleven every day and wake up not later than 9 a.m. It is well-known known that good sleep time must be at least 8-9 hours.
When I was younger I did not consider all these staff seriously but as soon as I understood usefulness of healthy life style I first of all settled down my day regimen. And I have to admit that I see positive results of it. I wake up easy, I am prospering and I am always in a good mood.
Good night sleep is one of the steps to healthy life style. Another one is food.
